Had to spend a night in Barcelona on the way to Mallorca when the British Airways flight could not take off because the cockpit cabin door could not be locked. I guess they were afraid that Al Qaeda routinely flies terrorists so they will chance upon such a broken door and storm the cockpit.
Anyhow, this was the view from the apartment on La Rampa where I stayed. Barcelona is a gorgeous city; I can't wait to sail back there and spend a full day.
