Apropos of recent attempts to purchase some halyards (ropes) for Guizmo: You know your country is in trouble when the only people working between 1-4pm are the guys who make sandcastles for the tourists to take pictures of.
Here's a pic of such a sandcastle, taken at night for the full dragon effect. It cost me $0.50, whose trickle down multiplier effect throughout the Spanish economy will hopefully enable everyone else to sleep through the afternoons.
